At DivyalVision.com, we want you to shop with confidence. Since we operate on a drop shipping and affiliate model, returns and exchanges are managed in coordination with our suppliers and affiliate partners. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns :

        Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

Items must be :

      • Unused and in their original condition
      • Packed with original tags, labels, and packaging
      • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions (e.g., personal care products).

    Non-Returnable Items :

        • Digital products, ebooks, and online courses
        • Personal care and hygiene items
        • Clearance or “Final Sale” products
        • Products marked “non-returnable” by the supplier

    Exchanges :

        • Exchanges are allowed only if the supplier provides this option.
        • Customers may request size/color exchanges where applicable.
        • Exchange availability depends on supplier stock.

    Refunds :

        • Refunds are issued once the supplier confirms receipt and approval of the returned product.
        • Processing times: 5–15 business days, depending on the supplier’s return policy and payment gateway.

    Refunds may be issued as:

        • Direct refund to original payment method
        • Store credit (if offered by supplier)

    Important Notes :

        • Since DivyalVision.com does not hold inventory, all return approvals and refunds depend on supplier/affiliate partner policies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped.
        • In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos) so we can escalate to the supplier.

    How to Request a Return :

            Contact us at info@divyalvision.com with :

        • Order ID
        • Product details
        • Reason for return
        • Photos (if defective/damaged)
        • We’ll review your request and coordinate with the supplier.
        • You’ll receive instructions for return shipping (if approved).
