Q2: Do you sell products directly?Ans: Currently, we do not sell directly. Soon, products will be available via trusted suppliers (dropshipping) and affiliate partners.

Q3: Is DivyalVision.com free to use?

Ans: Yes, browsing our blogs and resources is completely free.

🔹 Orders & Tracking

Q4: How can I track my order?

Ans: For affiliate products: you will receive tracking details from the partner platform after purchase.

For drop shipping products (when launched): you’ll be able to track orders using your Order ID and email on our Track Your Order page.

Q5: Can I cancel or change my order?

Ans: Affiliate orders: handled by the partner platform.

Drop shipping orders: changes/cancellations depend on supplier policy.

🔹 Shipping & Delivery

Q6: How long does shipping take

Ans: Domestic drops hipping orders: 7–15 business days.

International drop shipping orders: 15–25 business days.

Affiliate products: delivery timelines are shown by the partner   during checkout.

Q7: Do you charge shipping fees?

Ans: Some products may include shipping costs depending on supplier or order value. Final charges are shown during checkout.

🔹 Returns & Refunds

Q8: Can I return or exchange a product?

Ans: Yes. For drop shipping products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (conditions apply). Affiliate product returns depend on the partner store’s policy.

Q9: How do I get a refund?

Ans: Refunds are issued after the supplier or partner confirms receipt of the returned product. Processing times may vary.

Q10: What payment methods are accepted?

Ans: Once we launch dropshipping, payments will include credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and more. Affiliate purchases are paid directly on the partner’s platform.

Q11: Is payment secure?

Ans: Yes. All transactions will be processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
